Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:
✔️ Be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused.
✔️ Have all original tags attached.
✔️ Be returned in its original packaging.
✔️ Be accompanied by a purchase receipt or invoice.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@vitavera.si.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
❌ Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
❌ Custom-made & personalized items
❌ Hygiene & personal care products (e.g., cosmetics)
❌ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us in advance.
🚫 Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement item is:
1️⃣ Return the original product.
2️⃣ After the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item separately.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

For orders within the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, regardless of the above policy. This means you can cancel or return an order within 14 days without providing a reason.

The return conditions remain the same:
✔️ Unworn/unused, with tags & in original packaging
✔️ Purchase receipt or invoice required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

✅ If approved: The refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
⏳ Bank/Credit Card Processing: Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
